Metro Vancouver - Annacis Island WWTP Contract A506

The AIWWTP project includes the supply and installation of new gravity thickeners, all associated equipment and tie ins and improvements to existing influent channels and solids contact tanks. Ryan’s role in this project is to execute the Testing and acceptance plan for the General Contractor as well as stakeholder management and coordination between Metro Vancouver Project Delivery, Metro Vancouver AIWWTP O&M, and testing, acceptance, and commissioning activities of the general contractor. This includes ongoing testing activities, ICS coordination, process optimization, and detailed technical reporting and process trend analysis. This project in particular involved significant troubleshooting efforts to ensure the operation was as per design intent. Multiple hands on testing and investigative scopes were completed based on theoretical design choices that required a high level of finesse to ensure the final product met the requirements of the operating facility.
